I have attended art school for a year where I studied Fashion
Design. I learnt a lot and had a great time but I found out that
I wanted to also develop my analytical skills and decided to
quit and attend university instead. That meant the end of being
occupied day in day out with art, but did not mean the end of
creativity for me. In my spare time I have tried to be creative
as much as I can and this has resulted in more fashion design
and especially sketches and photography. I am not that active at
the moment since I am very busy with my profession but check
back every now and then to find some new things.
I like to design costumes, especially costumes inspired by
historical attire and lingerie. I love to design and make
corsets as well as Victorian costumes. I have many new ideas
involving a mixture of different materials and techniques and
hope to be able to put these to life some day.
Regarding photography, I like UrbEx (urban exploring) as well as
photographing visitors of festivals. It's great to see how much
effort some people put in their costume and looks and I like to
capture this on film. Not only in order to share these with
others but also as inspiration to my own creations.
